Credit Card Policy: At Ash & Honey Salon, a credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. Your card information is securely stored and remains private within our system. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged at the time of your service or in accordance with our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and respectful booking process.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Ash & Honey Salon Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a full charge for the service booked. This policy helps protect the team's time and allows other guests the opportunity to book appointments that become available. We appreciate your understanding and support!
